Heritage Research is the definition of Handmade in England. The small label got it's humble beginnings back in 2006, when business partners Russ and Dan decided to create something special, essentially letting the garments speak for themselves through the details, attention to craftsmanship, quality and integrity. Back then, they were only making a handful of pieces for a few select stores in Japan. Today, they continue to offer cohesive collections based on some or their personal inspiration. The components featured in the line are second to none and it has helped to set them apart from the pack. A handful of stores in North America stock the line– we're proud to be one of them.

This Academy Crew is a direct reflection of the sweatshirts issued at Military Academy's in the US during the 1930's/40's as part of their PT– or Physical Training athletic equipment. The Cuffs and Waistband both have wide cuts and ribbing.
