When I am contemplating picking up a duffel, the key for me is versatility. I need to be able to use it for a weekend getaway, when I'm boarding a plane or even just to sling my gear to the gym. The team at Archival did an excellent job on this duffel. The heavy cotton canvas is outstanding as far as canvas is concerned while it folds down small when not in use. The bottom is made out of waterproof, super tough nylon truck tarp, which will inherently protect it from wet surfaces. In case you prefer to carry it over your shoulder, they've also built a substantially strong leather-trimmed 2" wide shoulder strap which is both comfortable and easily removed.

Care Instructions
You can wipe it with a damp cloth or brush, as well as spot clean with cold water. It is not recommended that you use soap. Do not dry clean or machine wash, as this will remove/ruin the finish.
