PAYMENT
Our shop exclusively works with Paypal as the most trusted online payment option. It's fast, safe and secure. We reserve the right to adjust anything within our Ordering Information or Policies at any time without notice.
SHIPPING
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days, as we are a small operation. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed and shipped on the next business day. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
North America – For all orders over $50 placed within Canada & the USA, we ship via Canada Post with Tracking Numbers. Publications & Paper Products are not trackable. Further, any orders under $50 are not trackable, unless a prior paid arrangement has been made.
International – All International Orders will receive Email Confirmation of address. Ensure you are purchasing from a valid email address for Address Confirmation. If we cannot reach you to confirm an International Shipping address, the order will subsequently be cancelled. Custom fees, duty, import and/or brokerage charges may apply on some International shipments. This depends on the country of destination. There are a few instances when heavy or larger items are ordered, some additional shipping charges may apply, as our shipping amounts are estimates. In this instance, the customer will be notified via email and asked to pay the additional shipping/handling expenses.

TAXES
Any orders placed within British Columbia are subject to 12% HST.
Orders placed within other Canadian Provinces are subject to GST.
Internationally placed orders are not subject to Sales Tax.
FIT / FABRIC / IMAGES
Where possible, we will do our best to describe each item in a way that speaks to the fit and fabric of each item in our shop. Please note that whilst every attempt has been made to capture the exact colors within the photographs, slight differences may occur due to resolution etc.
MEASUREMENTS
All Measurements on our garments are taken while the garment is laying flat, unless otherwise noted.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Exchanges are on full priced items only. To complete the exchange you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, to receive a written confirmation of the exchange. Once we have authorized the exchange, the item(s) are to be returned in original condition, meaning: (but not limited to) free of odors, dirt, lint, unwashed, not worn, marked or scuffed. If they return to the shop and do not meet these standards, no exchange will occur. Any and all costs of shipping, duties and taxes involved with re-shipping an exchanged product back to the customer, are at the customers expense. FREE / MAN is not responsible for any exchange items lost in transit.
Returns for Store Credit are on full priced items only. To complete the return you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, to receive a written confirmation of the return. SALES & DISCOUNTS
In the event that we host a sale, any previously purchased items not purchased during said sale are not included. We do not do price adjustments, returns or exchanges on Sale Items. All sale items or Discounted items are FINAL SALE.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
FREE / MAN is not responsible for any lost or damaged items while in transit. If you receive your shipment with any issues, it's your responsibility to work it out with the shipping company.
CUSTOMS / DUTIES
FREE / MAN is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes on any items shipped to the customer. FREE / MAN is also not responsible for any shipments being held up in customs. These situations are completely out of our control.
PRIVACY
Under no circumstances will FREE / MAN disclose any of your personal information to any third parties, at any time. All information provided by you to us, is in complete confidence. Our word is our bond.
